I’m a student from India currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Computer Science. I got interested in Computer Science when I was in 9th grade from their on I decided to take Computer Science as a career (Never regretted it).
I mostly work on Open Source software because to be honest I love free software. Open Source allows software developers to modify and redistribute code under a specific license which I find very amazing. Open Source makes you write code for the whole world not just yourself.
I’m inspired by Linus Torvalds and people like Aaron Schwartz who are the most amazing people advocating for Open Source software and free knowledge.
Open source software is built on a simple but powerful idea: knowledge should be shared, not locked away. When source code is open, anyone can read it, study it, improve it, and redistribute it. That turns software from a black box into a learning tool. It allows students to understand how real systems work, developers to collaborate across borders, and communities to build tools that serve public needs instead of only private profit. Free knowledge works the same way — when information is accessible, innovation accelerates. Open source isn’t just about writing code; it’s about creating an ecosystem where learning, contribution, and improvement are continuous and collective.
Outside coding I love to play chess , love music and love nature (travelling I guess might fit here).
